Description: Mott MacDonald is seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to join their Group Legal Department. The role primarily supports the Europe and UK (EUNA) infrastructure consultancy business. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction documentation (consultancy agreements, framework agreements, collateral warranties, etc.), advising on applicable laws, and supporting compliance and litigation matters.
