Arbuthnot Yon is recruiting a Legal Counsel (1–4 PQE) on behalf of a fast-growing business in South West London. This role is ideal for a general commercial lawyer who enjoys variety and wants to play a visible role in a scaling organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to advise on a wide range of legal and business matters. The core focus of the role is commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiating procurement contracts, customer agreements, B2B and B2C arrangements, and technology-related contracts. Additionally, the role involves supporting corporate governance, advising on data protection and compliance, managing insurance and litigation, and assisting with integration projects arising from recent acquisitions.
