Description: AccountStaff is hiring a hands-on, business-facing Legal Counsel to establish and anchor the company’s legal function in Singapore. The successful candidate will provide end-to-end legal, contractual, and compliance support, working closely with senior stakeholders in Finance, Procurement, and Sales. Responsibilities include drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, managing contract lifecycles, designing compliance frameworks, and overseeing dispute resolution and external counsel.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) and be admitted to the Singapore Bar. Strong PQE with a mix of private practice and in-house experience is preferred, particularly within the FMCG or logistics sectors. Fluency in English is required, while Mandarin proficiency is highly advantageous for liaising with China-based stakeholders.
