The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner supporting international markets through live events, digital platforms, and knowledge-led services. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (supplier, IT, sponsorship, and collaboration), maintaining contract templates, advising on IP matters, and managing legal risks within a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility: Qualified lawyer with approximately 2/3+ years’ PQE (guideline). Applicants should possess strong in-house experience, a solid grounding in commercial law, and the ability to translate legal advice into commercial guidance. Knowledge of data privacy and emerging technologies (AI) is beneficial.
