This is a versatile role suitable for a commercial/corporate lawyer with a pragmatic approach. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key contact for stakeholders across business units to influence and implement business strategy.
- Review, draft, and negotiate high-value, complex commercial contracts with customers, sales intermediaries, suppliers, and service providers.
- Provide corporate support and assist with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A).
- Support operational and commercial functions with day-to-day legal queries and issues.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure compliance with commercial and IP frameworks.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor (UK) with 2 - 5 years PQE and experience delivering pragmatic commercial legal advice.
- Excellent experience in drafting commercial contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- High-quality training in UK Private Practice (Desirable).
- Prior in-house experience, ideally within the manufacturing, industrial, construction, real estate, or software licensing sectors (Desirable).
