Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Contracting & Advisory: Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements including sponsorship, partnership, media, licensing, supplier, and technology agreements.
- Legal Operations: Manage NDAs, template development, competition terms, and establish scalable legal processes and workflows.
- Regulatory & Governance: Provide guidance on football regulatory frameworks (FA, UEFA, FIFA, and league regulations) and assist with governance and board documentation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal commercial, football, operations, and medical teams, as well as external clubs and partners across the country.
