The role is primarily focused on supporting the Europe and UK (EUNA) infrastructure consultancy business. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of construction documentation (consultancy agreements, framework agreements, collateral warranties, etc.), advising on applicable laws and regulations, and supporting other legal functions such as Ethics and Compliance, and Privacy and Data Protection.
