Reporting to the Head of APAC Legal, the successful candidate will provide comprehensive legal advice across multiple functions, including commercial, regulatory, and intellectual property matters. The role involves working in a collaborative environment to support strategic transactions and business operations within the fast-evolving gaming and esports industry. The primary responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide array of commercial agreements such as vendor, sponsorship, licensing, and publishing contracts. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will provide expertise on data privacy, compliance, and employment law, while coordinating with external legal counsel on litigation and specialized advice requests. Eligibility: * Law degree from a recognized university or law school. * Admission to practice law in at least one jurisdiction within the APAC region. * Prior experience working in reputable law firms or multi-national corporations (MNCs). * Proficiency in handling corporate transactions, commercial contracts, and tech licensing agreements. * Familiarity with video game development, publishing, data privacy, and eSports legal frameworks. * Bonus: Bilingual proficiency with the ability to negotiate legal concepts in English and another APAC language (e.g., Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Bahasa, Thai, or Vietnamese).
