CapsLock, a global IT marketing company, is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel to manage vendor/client contracts, employment agreements, KYC/AML processes, and corporate compliance across multiple jurisdictions (including Canada, USA, UAE, and EU). This is a fully remote position offering comprehensive benefits. Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and facilitate vendor, client, and employment contracts.
• Administer KYC and AML checks for investment funds, banks, and other third parties.
• Collaborate with external legal teams to ensure compliance with UAE and Canadian corporate laws.
• Conduct risk analysis of corporate actions and provide proactive legal advice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (additional certifications are a plus).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as legal counsel, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Expertise in contract law, risk analysis, and professional familiarity with KYC/AML processes.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
