Description: MOJAM is seeking a Legal Counsel to oversee day-to-day legal operations and serve as the primary legal point of contact. The role involves drafting and negotiating high volumes of influencer and content creator marketing agreements, B2B service agreements, NDAs, and esports sponsorship contracts. The Counsel will manage the full contract lifecycle, maintain Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, ensure GDPR compliance, and coordinate with external legal teams on complex regulatory matters. This is a solo role with a direct reporting line to the CFO.
