The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support for the company's urban renewal projects, including negotiating and drafting contracts, managing relationships with clients, banks, and suppliers, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on urban renewal projects, including planning, acquisition, and registration
• Manage complex contracts and agreements, including those with clients, banks, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to real estate and construction
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and finance

Requirements:
