Description: TENEX.AI, an AI-native and automation-first Managed Detection and Response (MDR) provider, is seeking a business-minded Legal Counsel to join its growing legal team. Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, the successful candidate will support a wide range of legal, regulatory, and compliance matters, with a primary focus on commercial contracting (SaaS, MSAs, DPAs), data protection, and day-to-day legal operations. The role involves collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Procurement teams to accelerate deal cycles and ensure consistency across contract templates.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess 5-8 years of legal experience, including law firm or in-house experience (preferably in technology or cybersecurity). A Juris Doctor from an accredited U.S. law school and an active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction are required.
