This full-time, hybrid role offers the opportunity to be instrumental in bringing life-changing pharmaceutical treatments to market. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, helping the organization navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges while ensuring operations and contracts meet the highest ethical standards. The role involves providing legal advice to various internal teams, including "Cycle Vita," the company's patient support hub. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements—such as manufacturing, supply, IP licenses, and distribution contracts—as well as advising on corporate, data protection, and IP matters. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional departments across both the UK and the USA. Eligibility: * Qualified solicitor (UK) or equivalent. * Minimum of 2+ years Post Qualification Experience (PQE) in private practice or in-house, or Newly Qualified (NQ) with significant pre-qualification legal experience (e.g., as a paralegal or contract analyst). * Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts. * Strong interest or experience in commercial, corporate, data protection, and intellectual property law. * Experience with Compliance, Quality, and Regulatory functions within the pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sectors is preferred. * Familiarity with US law or the US healthcare system is advantageous but not mandatory.
