The role involves taking ownership of complex litigation cases, managing caseloads, drafting security documents, and collaborating with external panel firms. • Take conduct of complex litigation cases, from pre-action protocols to obtaining and enforcing judgments.
• Draft and negotiate security documents (such as charges and deeds of priority) and settlement agreements.
• Manage a large caseload, including cost recovery and administrative case management.
• Liaise with external panel firms and assist with internal team training.
