Title: Legal Counsel at CyberKnight Category: Jobs Organiser: CyberKnight Description: CyberKnight is seeking a qualified and proactive Legal Counsel to manage legal and compliance functions for its operations in Dubai. The role involves identifying and mitigating legal risks, reviewing complex commercial contracts, and providing strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization remains compliant with the evolving regulatory landscape of the UAE. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of legal documents in both Arabic and English, supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes, and developing internal governance frameworks. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will serve as a primary liaison between the company and external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and government entities. Eligibility: - Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is mandatory; a Master’s Degree (LLM) is considered an advantage. - 3–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably gained in-house or at a reputable law firm. - Mandatory fluency in both written and spoken Arabic and English. - Strong working knowledge of the UAE legal and regulatory framework, including corporate, commercial, and labor laws. - Proven expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory.
