Eligibility: Candidates must hold an LL.B. or higher from a top-tier domestic or overseas law school. Requirements include 3–5 years of relevant practice experience and at least 3 years of overseas work experience (Hong Kong experience is recognized). Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is a mandatory requirement, alongside excellent English communication skills.
