- Client Contracts: Own the end-to-end client contract process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client services agreements.
- Vendor Contracts: Serve as the primary legal contact for vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
- Disputes and Legal Matters: Handle low-level disputes and legal inquiries, drafting correspondence and coordinating with external counsel for complex issues.
- HR Legal Advisory: Partner with the People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
- Corporate Governance: Support basic corporate governance matters across global entities.
