The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating U.S.-law governed commercial contracts, including services agreements, statements of work, and data processing arrangements. The role aims to ensure consistency and quality across commercial contracting activities using standard templates and technology-enabled tools. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote position reporting to the Head of Legal Americas.
Eligibility: Applicants should hold a Law degree or an equivalent legal qualification. Alternatively, candidates with significant experience as a senior paralegal in a commercial/legal contracts role will be considered. While admission to the U.S. bar is not mandatory, meaningful experience with U.S. style contracts and negotiations is required.
