Eligibility:

• Qualified lawyer with a Law degree and admission to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
• 3-5 years PQE in corporate legal roles, either in-house or from a reputable corporate team at a UAE firm.
• Strong corporate governance and entity management experience, ideally including GCC jurisdictions.
• Currently based in the UAE and immediately available.
• Arabic language skills are strongly preferred.

Description: beOnd is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its expansion across the region. This role will lead corporate setup, governance, and entity management for new jurisdictions, and handle day-to-day legal support across the business. The position reports directly to the Senior Legal Counsel and involves working closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate matters including company law, governance, restructurings, and transactions.
• Lead the legal setup of new entities across the GCC, coordinating with local counsel.
• Manage corporate governance, board correspondence, resolutions, and statutory filings.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including vendor, partnership, and licensing agreements.
• Advise on risk, regulatory compliance, and support dispute resolution.
