ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a service-oriented Attorney to join their team in Downers Grove, IL. The Legal Counsel (Claims) will be responsible for analyzing and resolving pre-litigation disputes, overseeing litigated and arbitrated claims, and partnering with senior attorneys and business leaders on claims handling and risk management strategies.

- Negotiate owner and subcontractor agreements
