This role is specifically designed for junior lawyers who are either looking to make their first move into an in-house environment or seeking to further advance their career within a blue-chip organization. The position offers a supportive culture with direct mentoring from experienced senior lawyers and early professional responsibility. The successful candidate will advise on, draft, and negotiate a diverse range of commercial contracts, including procurement, customer-facing supply, and outsourcing agreements. A significant portion of the workload involves IT-related contracts within the rapidly evolving retail and technology sectors. Furthermore, the role provides exposure to broader legal areas such as data privacy, third-party arrangements, and intra-group agreements, requiring frequent interaction with commercial teams and senior stakeholders. Eligibility: * Qualified lawyer (Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE). * A solid grounding in commercial contracts. * Professional background in either private practice or an in-house legal team. * Strong relationship-building skills and a business-facing mindset. * Collaborative ethos and a desire to develop within a high-quality legal team.
