The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising internal stakeholders on legal and commercial risks.
Eligibility: Qualified lawyer with 8+ PQE and strong commercial contracts experience gained in-house and/or in private practice. Proven experience negotiating Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and a broad range of commercial agreements is required.
