Description: Nucleus Financial is seeking a diligent and pro-active commercial solicitor to join their ambitious in-house legal team. The successful candidate will support the business through a variety of commercial and disputes-related matters in a highly regulated environment. Key responsibilities include reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts with suppliers and investment providers, supporting the litigation lifecycle, advising on financial services products (SIPPs, ISAs), and assisting the Customer Resolutions Team with material complaints.
Eligibility: Candidates must be solicitors qualified in England & Wales or Scotland with NQ to 2 years PQE. Experience in commercial law and/or disputes, preferably in the financial services sector, is required. Desirable traits include awareness of the FCA/PRA regulatory landscape and understanding of trust law.
