Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will handle a broad and diverse remit covering commercial contracts, intellectual property, and compliance projects. Primary duties include:

• Contract Drafting & Negotiation: Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide array of commercial agreements, including supply, distribution, and marketing contracts.
• Marketing & Brand Advisory: Providing strategic legal counsel to global marketing teams, with a specific focus on licensing agreements and brand partnerships.
• IP Portfolio Management: Managing and protecting the company's global trademark portfolio, including handling registrations and enforcement actions.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Supporting compliance programs and advising on risk mitigation strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
• Dispute Resolution: Leading or supporting dispute resolution and litigation matters across the EMEA region.
• Strategic Projects: Contributing to high-value strategic initiatives, including new market entries and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity.
• Process Improvement: Enhancing legal templates, streamlining internal processes, and delivering legal training to internal business stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for this position must meet the following professional requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of Post-Qualified Experience (PQE) gained either in-house or within a reputable private practice.
• Expertise: Strong commercial legal background, with proven exposure to intellectual property and trademark management.
• Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to influence, partner with, and advise senior stakeholders.
• Skills: Outstanding drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural, and international business environment.

Compensation & Benefits
