Swiss Re Corporate Solutions is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its Corporate Solutions (CorSo) Legal Team. The successful candidate will provide transactional, regulatory, and legal support to the North America Credit & Surety business unit, which underwrites insurance primarily in surety, trade finance, project & infrastructure finance, commodity finance, and political risk. As the principal legal advisor to the Credit & Surety business in the US and Canada, the role involves drafting and negotiating bond forms, indemnity agreements, co-surety agreements, and advising underwriters throughout the transaction lifecycle.
