Job Title: Legal Counsel Culture at HRRE Unipessoal LDA (ZFM)
HRRE Unipessoal LDA (ZFM) is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate will have ~5+ years of relevant legal experience, a background in live entertainment, media, music, or creative industries, and strong expertise in IP, copyright, and commercial contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with suppliers, partners, and freelancers
- Advising on intellectual property, copyright, and licensing across music and visual content
- Reviewing NDAs and confidentiality frameworks
- Supporting on defamation, brand protection, and reputation management
- Guiding legal considerations around social media and digital content
- Identifying legal risks and delivering decisive, business-friendly solutions
