Key Responsibilities:
- Client Contracts: Own the end-to-end process of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client services agreements.
- Vendor Contracts: Review supplier agreements to ensure compliance with company policies, international/federal regulations, and data privacy standards.
- Disputes & Legal Matters: Handle low-level disputes, draft legal correspondence, and coordinate with external counsel for high-risk matters.
- HR Legal Advisory: Partner with the People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
