The successful candidate will draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of revenue-generating contracts and provide ongoing legal counsel to business units in alternative investment funds and private markets. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and maintain active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
