The successful candidate will partner with functional departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, and Human Resources to support strategic priorities across the Americas region. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on contractual rights, and monitoring regulatory changes.
Eligibility: Candidates must possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in good standing (preferably Illinois). Requirements include 5-10 years of transactional experience supporting sales or purchasing organizations. Experience with Spanish language skills and the LATAM regulatory landscape is highly desired.
