The successful candidate will drive the execution of complex development transactions and joint ventures, manage external law firms, and assess transactional risks. Responsibilities include negotiating heads of terms, coordinating due diligence, reviewing construction and funding documents, and advising project company boards. The role also offers involvement in corporate reorganizations and equity/debt strategies.
Eligibility: Applicants must be Qualified Solicitors (England & Wales) with a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree. While not a strict limit, candidates with 3-6+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in real estate development at a City/US law firm, investment fund, or developer are preferred. Experience in European real estate and proficiency in a European language are desirable but not essential.
