The successful candidate will provide legal counsel and general corporate support for the east geography of the Americas Region. Key responsibilities include negotiating professional service, teaming, joint venture, and licensing agreements; advising on bid documentation; assisting with insurance and corporate matters; identifying legal risks; and delivering legal training to engineering groups.
