Description: Formative is seeking its first dedicated Legal Counsel to support a high-growth, institutionally-backed data centre platform developing hyperscale facilities across the APAC region. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, the role involves a broad, hands-on scope covering commercial, regulatory, corporate, and transactional matters. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts (colocation agreements, EPC, and construction), supporting data centre development (site acquisition, ground leases, and power purchase agreements), and advising on data privacy compliance and regulatory requirements across APAC markets.
Eligibility: Applicants must have 3–6 years PQE and be qualified in a common law jurisdiction, with a strong preference for Singapore, Australia, or England & Wales.
