The successful candidate will be responsible for all data privacy and compliance systems matters, supporting the business in a broad range of corporate and commercial legal issues. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements (license, supply, manufacturing, and services), managing third-party disputes, and serving as the primary Data Privacy Officer. This includes leading the Processing Activities Register, conducting training, managing Subject Access Requests (SAR), and overseeing data breach responses.
Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Degree in Law and have proven years of experience as a lawyer. Essential requirements include substantial experience in GDPR matters, prior DPO experience, and English proficiency. Desirable qualifications include experience in the pharmaceutical industry, exposure to multi-national environments, and post-graduate studies in commercial, competition, or life-sciences law.
