Description: Acceleration Partners is seeking a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to serve as their primary in-house legal resource. Eligibility:
- J.D. and active bar membership (or retired in good standing).
- 8+ years of legal experience, with meaningful depth in contract law.
- Prior in-house or agency/services industry experience is preferred.
- Experience with data protection/privacy matters (e.g., GDPR, cross-border data transfers) is strongly preferred.
- Target base salary: $160,000 - $180,000 + bonus (depending on location and experience).
