Acceleration Partners is seeking a full-time, remote Legal Counsel to serve as an in-house legal resource. This role will primarily focus on contract drafting and negotiation, while occasionally supporting compliance, data privacy, and human resources matters across a globally distributed organization.Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Vendor Contracts: Own the end-to-end contract process, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client services and supplier agreements.
- Disputes & Legal Inquiries: Handle low-level disputes, draft legal correspondence (demand letters, cease and desist notices), and coordinate with external counsel on complex litigation.
- HR Legal Advisory: Partner with the People team to advise on employment-related legal questions and compliance.
- Corporate Governance: Support basic corporate governance across global entities, including drafting resolutions and coordinating filings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of active contracts and proactively manage renewals and extensions.
