- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and transactional documents, identifying legal risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Develop and support enterprise risk mitigation efforts, including cyber incident response and compliance framework enhancements.
- Manage, mentor, and conduct performance reviews for the Paralegal and Compliance Specialist.
- Provide legal guidance across governance, contracting, compliance, and operational initiatives.
