The role involves delivering expert legal support and partnering with internal stakeholders to achieve strategic business objectives. Key responsibilities include leading standard form contracting for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, providing advice on commercial, regulatory, and procurement matters, and supporting manufacturing operations at the Liverpool facility. The counsel will also manage certain employment law matters and corporate governance activities.
