Job Title: Legal Counsel (Employment)

Revolut is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to advise local management and the Human Resources team on a broad range of employment issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing legal advice and counsel to local management, ER, and HR on a range of employment issues, including grievances, dismissals, employment contracts, etc.
• Managing cross-border projects either in EMEA or globally, including working with external counsel and directly delivering employment law advice.
• Ensuring compliance with local legislation (e.g., working time regulations).
• Advising on global mobility and contingent worker matters.
• Coordinating compensation, benefits, bonuses, and equity awards.
• Handling regulatory issues in the context of conduct, remuneration matters, and regulatory inquiries.
• Managing employment litigation, negotiated exits, and settlements.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a qualified employment lawyer in a top-tier UK law firm and/or in-house legal department of a multinational organisation.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment laws.
• Fluency in English.
• Excellent legal research skills.
