Eligibility: Applicants must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. A minimum of 4 years of legal experience with a significant focus on U.S. federal and state employment law is required. Experience with international employment counsel or in-house experience at a high-growth company is preferred.
