Description: QXO is seeking a full-time Legal Counsel with a strong foundation in employment and labor law to support its growing, diversified industrial services organization. The selected candidate will provide legal guidance on employment practices, compliance, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution, while collaborating closely with HR and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Advise HR and business leaders on a broad range of employment matters and workplace conduct investigations.
• Support employment-related litigation, administrative proceedings, and labor relations/union matters.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state labor/employment laws, including wage & hour, workplace safety, and restrictive covenants.
• Collaborate across corporate functions and support integration planning for newly acquired companies.

Eligibility:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the state bar in the jurisdiction of employment, or eligibility to obtain admission.
• 5–8+ years of relevant labor & employment law experience.
• Experience supporting internal labor and HR teams with labor negotiations, grievance/arbitration, and/or NLRB proceedings is preferred.
