The Legal Counsel for Employment Law will serve as a strategic partner to the People and Operations teams, advising on a wide spectrum of global employment matters. The successful candidate will lead the drafting and implementation of employment agreements, manage cross-border workforce issues, and support international expansion by assessing regulatory implications in new markets. This role reports to the Head of Legal and requires a commercially minded professional capable of enabling business growth while managing legal risk. Eligibility: * A J.D. degree and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar. * Minimum of 7 years of experience at a top-tier law firm and as in-house counsel. * Primary professional focus on, or strong exposure to, employment and labor law. * Comprehensive understanding of U.S. employment law (experience with international frameworks is highly valued). * Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders independently and operate within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. * Demonstrated interest in AI and legal technology.
