- Supporting the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel on joint ventures, shareholder agreements, financing arrangements, and major commercial contracts.
- Assisting with corporate development activities, including acquisitions, capital markets initiatives, and project finance transactions involving nuclear and energy infrastructure assets.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate documents.
Preferred Experience:
Direct experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred:
- Corporate/M&A
- Project finance or infrastructure transactions
- Capital markets
- Energy regulatory
- Export control and sanctions compliance
