OJC Search is recruiting a junior Legal Counsel on behalf of an innovative client operating at the cutting edge of the energy transition. The client provides revolutionary nuclear power solutions (Floating Nuclear Power Plants) to the maritime industry globally. The successful candidate will support the General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel on joint ventures, shareholder agreements, financing arrangements, and major commercial contracts. The role also involves assisting with corporate development activities, including acquisitions, capital markets initiatives, and project finance transactions involving nuclear and energy infrastructure assets. Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate documents.
• Assisting with corporate development, project finance, and capital markets initiatives.
• Working effectively under supervision while taking ownership of tasks.

Preferred Experience: Direct experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: Corporate/M&A, Project finance or infrastructure transactions, Capital markets, Energy regulatory, or Export control and sanctions compliance. Application Link: Visit OJC Search
