Description: Citi is seeking a pragmatic and proactive commercial lawyer to join its Technology, Operations & Privacy (TOP) Legal Team as Vice President. The successful candidate will deliver legal support, guidance, and strategic advice on technology law, data protection, and commercial contracting. Responsibilities include overseeing outsourcing negotiations, managing internal client relationships, monitoring regulatory developments, and collaborating on strategic global projects.
Eligibility:

• Qualified and in good standing to practise law in the UK.
• Proven commercial legal experience with the ability to run transactions and deals independently.
• Strong negotiation and drafting capabilities across commercial contracts (e.g., master services agreements, NDAs).
• Solid understanding of EU and UK legal and regulatory obligations, including technology laws, data protection, outsourcing, and operational resilience.
• Prior experience in financial services, in-house legal departments, or commercial law firms is highly advantageous.
