- Review, draft, and negotiate construction contracts (including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC) and commercial contracts.
- Provide legal advice and support to the Great Britain, Ireland, and Netherlands business units.
- Resolve legal disputes arising from construction projects, supply chain arrangements, and service operations.
- Develop, implement, and update relevant legal policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate legal proceedings before courts and government agencies to protect KONE's interests.
