The organization is seeking a hands-on, business-oriented Legal Counsel to operate at the intersection of traditional payments and cryptocurrency. This role is designed for a JD-qualified lawyer who will be embedded within the product, engineering, and operations teams to provide pragmatic advice on global money movement and digital assets. The successful candidate will lead legal strategies concerning tokenized assets, stablecoins, and regulatory classifications while drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements with banks, custodians, and payment partners. Beyond transactional work, the Legal Counsel will support regulatory exams and collaborate with compliance teams to design scalable controls.
