Key Responsibilities:
- Assist senior counsel in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements, including professional services agreements, NDAs, and subcontracts.
- Conduct legal research on U.S. federal, state, and local regulations relevant to capital projects and engineering services.
- Prepare issue summaries, risk assessments, and recommended revisions for project teams.
- Support contract lifecycle activities, including template development, approval workflows, and document management.
- Assist with internal investigations, claim reviews, and dispute matters.
