Description: PCI Pal is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel to join its expanding legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will partner with Sales and Partnerships to drive revenue growth through efficient contract execution and provide pragmatic legal advice across Product, Compliance, HR, and Finance functions. The role involves drafting SaaS agreements, conducting regulatory research, and supporting international expansion.
Eligibility: Candidates must have 4-6 years’ PQE as a solicitor qualified in England & Wales or a comparable common law jurisdiction (e.g., Australia or New Zealand). Experience in-house or in private practice within the technology or SaaS sectors is highly desirable.
