Description: A fast-growing FinTech company is seeking a Legal Counsel to support cross-border operations and innovative payment initiatives. The role involves providing legal and compliance advice on business models and products, identifying legal risks for new product launches, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements including user terms and payment contracts. The counsel will also design legal frameworks to support multi-jurisdictional business operations.
Eligibility: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent). Approximately 5 years of experience in cross-border legal work is required. Prior experience in the payments or fintech sectors is preferred. Due to stakeholder requirements, proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is mandatory.
