Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts (commercial agreements, partnerships, IT contracts, service agreements).
- Ensure contract monitoring and execution in collaboration with operational and central departments.
- Provide legal support for Group projects and advise internal teams on legal matters.
- Contribute to the management of the Group’s digital projects.
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments applicable to the Group’s activities.
- Manage and work closely with external counsel on pre-litigation matters.
- Contribute to training and raising awareness among operational teams regarding legal and regulatory constraints.
